By using the ISO Xpert ISO 37002 Gap Analysis Tool ("the Tool"), you agree to these Terms.
1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
This Tool is the exclusive intellectual property of ISO Xpert Ltd. All rights reserved.
2. Permitted Use
- Internal, non-commercial gap analysis against ISO 37002:2021.
- Exporting reports for internal WMS records and improvement planning.
- Sharing reports within your organisation.
3. Prohibited Use
- Redistribution, resale or sublicensing.
- Removing or altering copyright notices or ISO Xpert branding.
- Reverse engineering for commercial purposes.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Tool is provided "as is" for informational and self-assessment purposes only. ISO 37002:2021 is a guidelines standard — it does not define requirements for a certifiable management system and there is no ISO 37002 certification scheme. This tool assesses alignment with ISO 37002 guidance on whistleblowing management. Whistleblowing systems involve significant legal obligations that vary by jurisdiction, sector and size. Legal requirements — including those arising from the EU Whistleblowing Directive (2019/1937), UK PIDA, US Dodd-Frank, and sector-specific regulations — must be assessed by qualified legal counsel. 5. Relationship with ISO 37001 and ISO 37301
ISO 37002:2021 complements ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery) and ISO 37301 (Compliance Management). ISO 37002 provides specific guidance on the whistleblowing component of these broader compliance frameworks.
