Terms of Use

By using the ISO Xpert ISO 37301 Gap Analysis Tool ("the Tool"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

This Tool is the exclusive intellectual property of ISO Xpert Ltd. All rights reserved.

2. Permitted Use

• Internal, non-commercial gap analysis against ISO 37301:2021.
• Exporting reports for internal CMS records and certification preparation.
• Sharing reports within your organisation.

3. Prohibited Use

• Redistribution, resale or sublicensing.
• Removing or altering copyright notices or ISO Xpert branding.
• Reverse engineering for commercial purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Tool is provided "as is" for informational and self-assessment purposes only. ISO Xpert does not warrant that outputs constitute professional legal or compliance advice. Compliance obligations and their legal implications vary significantly by jurisdiction, sector and regulatory context — they must be identified and assessed by qualified legal counsel and compliance professionals. This tool does not constitute a legal compliance audit or assessment of regulatory obligations. Gap analysis outputs should be reviewed by a qualified ISO 37301 consultant before making certification decisions. This tool does not substitute for formal Stage 1 or Stage 2 assessment by an accredited certification body.

5. Relationship with ISO 37001

ISO 37301:2021 is a broader compliance management standard. Organisations certified to ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management Systems) will find partial overlap, but ISO 37301 covers all categories of compliance obligations, not just anti-bribery. The two standards may be implemented together.

6. ISO Standards Reference

References to ISO 37301:2021 are for guidance only. The authoritative version must be obtained from ISO or national standards bodies (e.g. BSI in the UK).

7. Limitation of Liability

ISO Xpert Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including regulatory penalties or enforcement action, arising from use of this Tool.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
